The Systems Behind The Finish
Two tins can look identical on a shelf and behave nothing alike on a wall. A premium architectural coating and a builder-grade one differ in how well they hide, how they stand up to scrubbing, and how the color holds after a few Nebraska summers. A conversion varnish and a wall paint are not even the same category of product.
So the system gets chosen against the surface and the exposure rather than the invoice. A high-traffic corridor, a north-facing exterior and a guest bedroom all want different products, and part of the estimate is telling you which is which and why.

Matching an architectural specification
Where a blueprint calls out a system by name, the specification is the job. High performance epoxies, structural fire retardants and specialty European plaster coats each state the surface preparation they require, and meeting that requirement is what separates a compliant application from one that merely looks finished.
Our crews hold the training to work to those sheets, and the applied product and its preparation are recorded against the spec rather than left to memory. If you are working from a submittal package, send it over with your enquiry and we will price against it directly.
Why we do not publish a brand list
Manufacturer names on a website tell you almost nothing about what will end up on your wall. The same brand sells a contractor line and a premium line that behave nothing alike, and the useful decision is which line suits the surface, not whose label is on the tin.
So the estimate names the system we intend to use and says why that choice suits the surface, and the preparation is written in beside it. If a submittal package already specifies a product, we price against it as drawn.

Prep & Priming
Furniture and floors protected, drywall patched, caulk and rot repaired, primer applied. This is where the finish is decided.
Painting
The finish goes on sprayed, rolled or brushed, to whatever the surface actually calls for rather than to whatever is quickest.
Final Walkthrough
We walk every room with you before we pull the drop cloths. You approve it, we clean up, you get your space back.
