Paint as a schedule dependency
The paint schedule is built backwards from the dates other trades depend on rather than forwards from when we would like to start. That means agreeing the sequence before mobilising, and saying so early when a substrate will not be ready for the slot it has been given.
So the work is phased against your construction calendar rather than ours, with rough, finish and final touch treated as separate mobilisations. Warranty touch-ups after move-in are part of the package rather than a favor.

Prep & Priming
Furniture and floors protected, drywall patched, caulk and rot repaired, primer applied. This is where the finish is decided.
Painting
The finish goes on sprayed, rolled or brushed, to whatever the surface actually calls for rather than to whatever is quickest.
Final Walkthrough
We walk every room with you before we pull the drop cloths. You approve it, we clean up, you get your space back.
