Our Strict Technical Application Workflow
1. Mechanical Surface profiling: High-performance coatings depend on physical anchors. We diamond-grind or shot-blast concrete substrates thoroughly to open up pores and ensure a chemical-grade fuse bond.
2. Structural Crack Injections: We route out and inject rigid structural epoxies or flexible polyurea into cracks and joint segments to create a flat, seamless slab footprint.
3. Moisture Testing & Priming: We measure internal moisture emissions before mixing chemicals. If readings are high, a heavy moisture vapor barrier primer is applied to prevent future floor delamination.
4. High-Solid Application: We apply true multi-layer industrial epoxies, urethanes, or polyaspartic coatings to build an armor-plated thickness that completely shrugs off chemicals, oil spills, and hot-tire picking.
